We do not create Pricing Manually by Hand and will not be able to assist with items that require pricing to be entered by hand into the BOM. The Dealership will be responsible for pricing these items out.

- Create Professional design packages
-that contain floor plans, 3D's and specifications, customized with your companies logo and branding on all documents. This gives the impression that the design work came straight from your dealership and not from a contract designer. It allows you to then insert the drawing and specifications into your pricing proposal without having to spend your time customizing the documents. Numerous manufacturers can be specified on Specifications. Dealer is responsible for checking and verifying design work accuracy once submitted to Dealer for Review. On AIS Projects, Design work will be submitted through Design Checker automatically for the dealer.

- 2024 CAP Specification software so as to provide accurate pricing on projects. Updated Monthly for accuracy.

- Colored 3D Renderings
- utilizing Google Sketchup Software with Photo Realistic Rendering Program. We create Typicals, Interiors and Exteriors Renderings. We also create custom cabinetry or furniture renderings as well.
